Mellisse Weldon Brydges, and Negligence!
This website is to share my personal review & horific encounter with Mellisse Weldon Brydges, a private investigator in Tucson, Arizona.
I am a VICTIM of Mellisse Brydges' delusional, crazy and vindictive behavior! In this website, I will show that Ms. Brydges was negligent in an investigation she performed for my mother! Ms. Brydges presented herself to me as would the Gestapo, and in my opinion, she should not be licensed by the Arizona Department of Public Safety as a Private Investigator or be appointed by the Pima County Superior Probate Court as a case Investigator (Judge Charles Harrington - Presiding Judge)!!!

According to Ms. Brydges, a Pima County Sheriff Deputy tells her that her acts were illegal and not to again trespass on private property! And then Ms. Brydges cries to the court about it in an official report she filed in my mothers guardianship case, and then Ms. Brydges demanded payment for the time it took to draft these pitiful whines into an official court record. Ms. Brydges has proven herself delusional, negligent and vindictive!!

Mellisse Brydges was appointed by the Pima Superior Court to be investigator for the guardianship matter of my elderly mother, who was recently diagnosed as having dementia. Mellisse's job was to benefit my mother and provide specific information to the court. But Ms. Brydges went on a crazy and negligent rampage to try to have me wrongfully removed as my mothers guardian because Ms. Brydges is a delusional power hungry woman who was negligent and is extremely vindictive!
Ms. Brydges should not be appointed to these sensitive cases and has a history of abuse towards litigants in probate court!
Below I write about my experience with a DELUSIONAL CRAZY WOMAN! Within this site, I detail what a court investigator does and what their moral and professional responsibilities are. I will talk about honor, respect, integrity, truth and the lack of that in the involvement I had with Ms. Brydges.

If Ms. Brydges is appointed by the court to investigate your case, I suggest you ask your attorney to have her immediately dismissed. Demand a new investigator! Because she is a very strange woman who violated my privacy, wrongfully and unfairly defamed and slandered me, went WAY outside the scope of her duties as a court investigator!!! Ms. Brydges set out not to serve my mothers best interests, but to try to destroy my credibility. She then wanted to charge >$2,900.00 for that service!
Ms. Brydges conspired with a convicted and incarcerated criminal to secretly deliver a potentially harmful letter to my mother, who is my ward, behind my back, when she should have known that the criminal she was assisting had been accused of financial exploitation of my elderly and mentally disabled mother.
If you talk to Ms. Brydges over the telephone, she might be recording the conversation, as she did when calling members of my family, and she did it without telling us! That is illegal in many states, but unfortunately not in Arizona!!!
Ms. Brydges trespassed on my mothers property after she was told not to, and she charged $70.00/hr to cry in her report about how the Deputy Sheriff that called her, after she trespassed on my mothers property, believed me and not her!! This had nothing to do with her appointment and not relevant in her report, but she wants me to pay her for the time it took to write this nonsense in her official court report.
Ms. Brydges also conspired with my mothers court appointed attorney, Gemma Fenimore, to claim that I stole a large sum of money from my mothers estate. Ms. Brydges gave Ms. Fenimore confidential documents from the bank, and Ms. Fenimore, at a court hearing, told the court, after submitting these documents into evidence, that I wrote a check "to myself" and that I had also lied about how much money was in my mothers estate. Ms. Brydges, in her court report, said the same, adding that I had deposited the money into an "unknown account". Together, Ms. Brydges and Ms. Fenimore negligently made these false claims against me!! They were negligent because they did not even look at the very evidence they presented to the court. Because in the very documents they used to suggest I was a thief, was proof that I was not. The money they suggest I stole was taken for the opening of a new account at a different bank, the check was made out to "my mother", and not me, as the two suggested. The account was not opened at the bank, because the bank terms were not acceptable, so the money was returned "in full" to the original conservator account. That return of those funds added to a total amount of "deposits" for that month, which caused Ms. Fenimore to suggest that I lied about the balance of my mothers estate, the error was because Fenimore was looking at total "deposits" and not the balances. And that mindless negligence by both Ms. Brydges and Ms. Fenimore caused them to claim to the court that I was both a liar and a thief. Neither has apologized.
Check back soon, as I find the time, there is so much more to come, about Ms. Brydges' arrogance and incompetence. Her abuse in my case might cost me thousands in her investigator and her lawyer fees, all because of her rampage. She invaded my privacy, she was negligent, and she attempted to wrongfully destroy my credibility, in addition to trying to have the guardianship of my beloved mother taken away from me for no reason at all but her own satisfaction, and because I stood up to her seeming power trip!!
In the additions to come, I will outline my opinion of the moral obligation a court investigator, assigned to a guardianship court case, should have. I will point out where Ms. Brydges' clearly failed in those obligations. I will list laws which may demonstrate how Ms. Brydges may have violated laws in her determination to wrongfully and vindictively destroy my credibility and mislead the court.

Using a calculator to do the math (CLICK HERE), she couldn't believe the results and kept trying to get the sum of the numbers which a child could calculate. This wreaks stupidity, yet the court keeps appointing her to important guardianship cases.
Judge Charles V. Harrington should be embarrassed and ashamed for his decision to keep Brydges on the state list and assigning this +70 year old vindictive and delusional alcohol abuser to cases!!!
