Mellisse Weldon Brydges, and Negligence!
Mellisse Brydges never interviewed me personally, as required by A.R.S. § 14-5308(C)(1). Brydges' was ignorant to many of the facts and full of personal opinions, as you will see in her report's. She has no formal education other than a paralegal certificate, and because she cannot interpret a bank statement, she falsely accused me of stealing from my mother, which caused quite a delay in the court.
A full review of my mother's banks records by the court, and a new investigator (Sandra Paz) revealed the facts, that nothing had been stolen or misappropriated.
The new investigator did her job right, as expected from a master licensed social worker with a masters degree (Sandra Paz), Thank you Mrs. Paz!! Regardless of these facts, Brydges, in her delusions, still believes I stole a large sum of money. Below are her report's filed in the case. Please note that Brydges has zero education in the areas she pretends to be an expert in. Nonetheless, it is not the job of the investigator to make professional or medical determinations, like she attempts to. She is not a physician, and she is not a licensed social worker. She even admitted in court that she has no clue what Dementia or Alzheimer's is.

Mellisse Weldon Brydges cannot subtract 10 from 40.2!!
Using a calculator to do the math (CLICK HERE), she couldn't believe the results and kept trying to get the sum of the numbers which a child could calculate. This wreaks stupidity, yet the court keeps appointing her to important guardianship cases.
Judge Charles V. Harrington should be embarrassed and ashamed for his decision to keep Brydges on the state list and assigning this +70 year old vindictive and delusional alcohol abuser to cases!!!
