Mellisse Weldon Brydges, and Negligence!
Ms. Brydges admits in court that nothing on this website is false. She has no legal grounds for a slander or defamation suit.

However, poor Ms. Brydges is so upset about this website, and the fact that it exposes the truth about her and her sick behavior, she went to her court buddies and petitioned the court for an injunction and an order to shut down this website.

The court refused to issue an order to shut down this site, because that would violate my constitutional rights, but they did issue an injunction against harassment against me, because six months prior to her petition, I called her a crazy lady and a Gestapo in emails. However, Ms. Brydges, over a year after being dismissed from the case, still stalks me and conspires with a felon incarcerated in prison, to assist that felon in nonstop harassment of me and my family.

Truth - If the statement made is true, there can be no claim for libel or slander. In many courts, a "reasonable belief" that the statement is true will also be a successful defense, though other courts will require higher degrees of care when determining whether a statement is true.
