Mellisse Weldon Brydges, and Negligence!
Below you will see the proof that Mellisse Weldon Brydges is a flat out liar. A beast who accused me of being a pathological lair, perjure's herself in court.
In March of 2017, a hearing was held in Pima County Superior Court, to contest a petition for an injunction against harassment against me.
Mellisse was attempting to get the court to order that this website be taken down. During that hearing, testimony was taken and here is an excerpt from Mellisse's very own testimony, made under oath!
Question: "In the recording -- in the interview you referred to me as a pathological liar?"
(Brydges) Answer: "Yes".
Question: "Okay. Why do you say that?"
(Brydges) Answer: "Because you are a liar".
Question: "Am I?"
(Brydges) Answer. "Yes, you are, sir".
Question: "And what makes you think that and what proof do you have"?
(Brydges) Answer: "Well, I could probably go back and point you to several emails where you have blatantly said things that were not true. I'm thinking, in particular, you sent an email to my attorney claiming that I had turned in -- turned in a report to Adult Protective Services on your mother, or on you, which is totally not true. I have never done that".

I find it very disturbing that Mellisse Brydges not only lied in court, but she used her own lie and delusion to suggest I was a liar. Clearly Ms. Brydges has mental issues and MUST NOT be allowed to act as a Arizona State Court Investigator ever again! Nor should she be licensed by the Arizona Department of Public Safety as a Private Investigator!

Using a calculator to do the math (CLICK HERE), she couldn't believe the results and kept trying to get the sum of the numbers which a child could calculate. This wreaks stupidity, yet the court keeps appointing her to important guardianship cases.
Judge Charles V. Harrington should be embarrassed and ashamed for his decision to keep Brydges on the state list and assigning this +70 year old vindictive and delusional alcohol abuser to cases!!!
